There are 6 machine pressing production lines in our factory, able to produce water glass tumbler, shot glass, glass pitchers, beer glass mug etc. all our machine pressed will be polished by firing from top to botto, which make sures whole body of superior transparency.
There are 2 machine blown production lines in our factory, able to produce highball glass tumbler, lowball glass tumbler, beer glass tumbler, candle holder cup etc.
We have 12 handemde teams, able to produc high quality goblets stemware, wine decanters, carafes etc.,especially for wine decanters, we have 3 teams to produce various styles everyday.

Xingyuan has 4 QC procedures to make sure every single glass is checked during every production part
QC When hot glass is taken out from mould, to check if there are visible defects like big air bubble, impurity, ring lines etc.
QC When cold glass completes annealing process, to check item specification and appearance defects like air bubble, debris, ring liens, scratches etc.
QC by supervisors randomly check ready-pack glasses, to double check quality rate is controlled under acceptable level before they are transported to warehouse.
QC merchandiserand sales person randomly check finished items in warehouse, to make sure the quality meet the standard confirmed with buyers
Post Processing
According to customer's requirements like Decal printing, carving, processing.
